We are looking for a highly motivated Sales / Business Development Executive who can help us acquire new clients and bring data engineering, analytics, and cloud projects.

Data Engineering (Azure, AWS, Databricks, Spark) ETL / ELT Pipeline Development Data Warehousing & Lakehouse Architecture Real-time Streaming (Kafka, Event Hub) Data Quality & Governance AI/ML & LLM-based solutions

Your Role:

You will be responsible for:

Finding and approaching potential clients (Upwork, LinkedIn, cold outreach, etc.) Understanding client requirements Pitching our services Bringing qualified leads/projects Closing deals or setting up meetings

Compensation:

Commission-Based (High Earning Potential)

10%

  • 25% commission per project (based on deal size) Bonus for long-term clients Opportunity for fixed + commission after proven performance

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in IT sales / freelancing / Upwork bidding Strong understanding of data engineering / cloud services Excellent communication & negotiation skills Experience in generating leads from Upwork, LinkedIn, or freelance platforms

Nice to Have:

Existing client network Experience selling Databricks, Azure, AWS, or data analytics solutions
