Middle Business Analyst (iGaming)

🟢 Full Remote 🕘 Working hours: 9:00–18:00

What you'll be doing: Manage Product Backlog: Prioritize and organize tasks to align with key business objectives. Effective Communication: Act as a bridge between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity in decisions and strategies. Handle Change Requests: Collect, prioritize, and add operational changes to the product backlog for future sprints. Define Acceptance Criteria: Set clear goals for features, validate them with stakeholders, and ensure they are met during QA. Conduct Gap Analysis: Identify areas for improvement by comparing current and target business states. Support Change Management: Assist in implementing change plans, provide training, and ensure smooth process transitions. Gather Requirements: Ensure all functional and non-functional requirements align with the Product Manager's expectations. Verify Requirements: Confirm that requirements meet stakeholder needs and are fit for purpose.

What we’re looking for: 4+ years of experience as a BA or Product Manager in web development Solid understanding of product development architecture, Scrum, and Agile methodologies Knowledge of UX principles and product backlog management Bonus: Coding and design skills are a plus! English level: B2
