SMM (Social Media Manager)
Description
We are a fast-growing retail chain with 40+ locations across Thailand's,we're building a brand that people genuinely want to talk about — and we need an SMM Manager who can make that happen.
Responsibilities Strategy & Content Develop and maintain a content strategy for key platforms, considering Thailand's advertising restrictions Own the content plan: rubrics, formats, tone of voice, seasonal relevance, new SKU launches, events, and in-store activities Create and adapt content: copywriting, scripts, stories, Reels/shorts, and simple visuals in collaboration with the designer and brand team Social Media & Community Manage daily posting: feed, stories, comments, DMs, moderation Develop UGC mechanics that encourage content creation from store visitors Support offline activities and events through social media Participate in influencer selection and coordination Analytics & Performance Track key metrics: reach, ER, follower growth, engagement, saves, link clicks, story replies Prepare clear monthly and campaign reports: what worked, what didn't, and why Continuously test new formats: Reels, polls, guides, carousels, lives, collab content Requirements 2–3+ years of experience as an SMM Manager in lifestyle, FMCG, restaurants/bars, beauty, health & wellness, or other emotionally-driven categories Understanding of how to build a community around a brand — not just maintain a feed Hands-on experience with Reels and short-form video: basic editing, storytelling, pacing Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with frequent launches, tests, and rapid pivots English Upper-Intermediate or higher — for content creation, influencer communication, and engaging with tourists in comments Nice to Have Experience launching UGC and referral mechanics: challenges, promo codes, offline activations Experience working with UBT traffic
