We help clients navigate the complex world of finance and law by providing innovative solutions in leading industries. Requirements 2+ years of experience in iGaming/Investments. Consulting experience is prioritized English level B2+ (spoken and written), fluent Russian and Ukrainian Experience consulting clients and conducting negotiations, participating in meetings and conference calls with clients from CIS countries, EU, and Asia Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously, readiness for multitasking (prioritization and deadline management) Project management skills and practical experience managing multiple legal projects Experience leading small legal teams (managerial skills) Deadline and risk management, timely escalation of complex issues and independent problem-solving Involvement in sales processes, increasing company solutions sales to clients with sales team support Proficient file management and drafting of legal and regulatory documentation Responsibilities Conduct consultations with clients (startups or operating companies), including preparation of legal opinions and follow-ups Mentor junior lawyers, perform head of practice functions Provide 360° legal support to 50+ clients and promptly resolve their inquiries Register companies in various jurisdictions worldwide, provide legal support for licensing processes in iGaming, Brokerage, and Investments sectors Draft various legal documents (policies, legal opinions, etc.) and contracts Collaborate with partners, establish partnership programs Open accounts for businesses of varying risk levels (low risk, mid risk, high risk) Prepare legal consultations, draft legal documents, proposals, and responses to client requests Communicate with government authorities, regulators, foreign banks, lawyers, accountants, and notaries Conduct legal audits, due diligence, and counterparty verification What We Offer Fully remote work format Competitive salary and motivation system Opportunities for professional growth Dynamic team environment Corporate training and payment for individual training Comprehensive health insurance Young and friendly SBSB family!
