We’re looking for HR Business Partner to shape the future of culture and growth at Simply Contact. It’s not just about HR. It's about developing a culture and outstanding employee experience.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the People Partnership framework across departments and projects, ensuring effective collaboration between HR, team leads, and business leaders on people-related topics; Support the development and alignment of People Partners, facilitating regular communication, knowledge sharing, and consistent HR practices across teams; Lead organizational culture evolution by shaping values-based programs, rituals, and internal campaigns that support engagement, inclusion, and performance; Build and scale a data-driven Employee Experience framework, from onboarding through engagement, retention, and internal mobility; Act as a key driver of corporate culture: facilitate rituals, team events, and cross-cultural synergy; Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement through surveys and follow-up action plans; Initiate programs to increase retention, internal mobility, and motivation; Collaborate with recruiters to ensure cultural fit and smooth integration for new hires; Stay updated on HR trends, tools, and global best practices.
What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in HRBP / HR Generalist roles within BPO, IT, or service industries; Proven experience in driving culture initiatives, internal communication, or team building; Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills; Strategic and structured thinking with a hands-on mindset; Ability to multitask XXXX XXXX multiple teams simultaneously; Fluency in English and Ukrainian (B2+);
