This is a freelance, fully remote opportunity for someone who enjoys building pipelines from scratch and converting cold prospects into long-term partners. Your primary responsibility will be identifying, approaching, and qualifying potential clients in the tech sector who require IT recruitment, outstaffing, or outsourcing services. The role is highly performance-oriented and suited for a professional who thrives on measurable results and revenue impact. You will own the top of the funnel and early sales cycle, with clear commission-based incentives tied directly to signed contracts. Key Responsibilities Research and identify target companies in IT, fintech, SaaS, and digital sectors Build and continuously maintain a structured outbound lead pipeline Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and direct calls Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls Present company services and value proposition to decision-makers (CTO, CEO, HR, Talent Lead) Generate and close new client contracts Maintain CRM hygiene and structured reporting of outreach activity Expand newly acquired accounts through proactive follow-ups
Requirements Proven experience in outbound B2B sales or business development Strong ability to generate leads independently (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.) Experience targeting decision-makers in tech companies High level of persistence and resilience in cold outreach Strong commercial negotiation skills Self-organized, disciplined, and KPI-driven mindset Fluent English
Nice to Have Existing network in tech startups or scale-ups Experience selling IT services, recruitment, or nearshore/offshore teams Familiarity with EU or US markets Experience working with CRM and sales automation tools
