Video Designer (AI-Driven Content)

OneAcademy is looking for a Video Designer with strong motion design skills and hands-on experience using AI tools for commercial video production. We are building a fast-scaling education brand focused on high-performance digital content, and we need someone who can combine creativity with speed and ownership.

What You’ll Do Create short-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) using AI-assisted production tools Develop static creatives for social media and marketing campaigns Optimize video production workflows to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability Adapt content to different platforms and formats Work within tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards

Hard Skills & Experience 2+ years of strong, hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop At least 6 months of practical experience using AI tools for commercial video production (e.g., Kling, VEO, Sora, or similar) Experience with prompt engineering and cost optimization of AI tools (tokens / credits management) Solid understanding of composition, color correction, and storytelling fundamentals
