When a prospect you generated signs a contract, you receive an agreed percentage of the project value; no base salary is offered.

I value someone who can translate complex technical capabilities into search-friendly language, understands the buying habits of small- to mid-sized businesses in international markets, and is comfortable using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or SEMrush to justify decisions.

Acceptance criteria

• Search campaigns launched within two weeks of start date
• Monthly report showing traffic growth, lead count and attribution path
• Commission released once the client’s first invoice is paid
