We are expanding our sales function and are looking for a Sales Manager who will work with active demand sources outside of Upwork - job boards, hiring platforms, and marketplaces - and convert hiring needs into outsourcing/outstaffing deals. You will be looking for new opportunities and will play a hunter role with real sales ownership, not lead passing.

What you’ll do Monitor and analyze job posts on job boards and hiring platforms (LinkedIn Jobs, Wellfound, Indeed, remote job boards, etc.) Identify companies actively hiring developers and convert hiring intent into outsourcing / outstaffing proposals Apply to relevant job posts with custom, business-oriented pitches Communicate directly with founders, CTOs, and decision-makers Match client needs with available developers or teams Track market demand, tech trends, discover new opportunities

You’ll be a good fit if you have Proven experience in IT outsourcing or outstaffing sales Experience applying to or working with:

  • Job boards
  • Hiring platforms
  • Marketplaces (freelance and non-freelance)

Strong understanding of:

  • Outstaff vs outsource
  • Client needs
  • Objection handling
  • Hourly/ monthly/ fixed-price models

Ability to write clear, persuasive proposals in English Experience owning deals end-to-end Confident business communication (English B2+) High level of independence and accountability Commercial mindset

Will be a plus: Google Sheets experience Experience selling developers, teams, or long-term engagements Background in any type of sales is a plus Entrepreneurial mindset is a strong plus, as you will be able to build your own teams.
