About the Role: We are building a strong support team for our US client — an online furniture store — and looking for a Customer Support Representative to deliver outstanding customer experience.

Requirements: Upper-Intermediate (B2) spoken and writing English 1+ year of experience in Customer Support/Customer Care Ability to resolve challenging situations and focus on the client's needs Client-oriented mindset Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally High attention to detail Working evening shifts (15:00–24:00 Ukrainian time)

Key Responsibilities: Communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email Managing support tickets and ensuring timely resolution Handling calls with customers and vendors Providing high-quality service and maintaining customer satisfaction Collaborating closely with the US Customer Care team
