Sales Manager
Description
DeltaFunc is an innovative fintech company building advanced solutions for the financial industry. We are looking for a Sales Manager who will turn incoming and outbound leads into active clients, conduct high-quality negotiations, and manage the entire sales pipeline. In this role, you will be responsible for lead qualification, CRM management, follow-ups, and client activation, as well as communicating with potential partners and clients during industry conferences and events.
Key Responsibilities Work with cold leads through email, LinkedIn, messengers, and industry conferences Quickly establish the first contact and qualify leads Move relevant leads through the sales pipeline to activation Conduct follow-ups and nurture leads Maintain accurate records in CRM (statuses, history, next steps) Track and report sales funnel metrics and conversions Prepare and work with leads during conferences and industry events
Requirements 3+ years of experience in B2B sales Experience working with cold leads and international clients Strong skills in lead qualification and sales conversations Ability to sell through understanding client needs, not just scripts Experience working with CRM systems English B2-C1 (all client communication will be in English) Proactive mindset and result-oriented approach Strong self-organization and communication skills
Nice to Have Experience in Fintech, SaaS, Payments, IT services, or Web3 Experience with full-cycle sales Experience in both outbound and inbound sales Experience participating in industry conferences or events
