About us &Flint is an international company working in Digital and iGaming. We build our own products and deliver marketing solutions across multiple GEOs. Right now, we are looking for a Team Lead SEO who will take ownership of SEO strategy and lead our SEO team. What you will do: Develop and implement SEO strategies for iGaming projects across different markets. Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists (task distribution, quality control, support). Analyze competitors, monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions. Optimize websites: structure, content, and technical aspects. Collaborate with developers, content, and marketing teams. Prepare reports and growth plans. What we expect: 3–4+ years of SEO experience, with at least 1 year in a lead/senior role. Strong knowledge of technical and content optimization. Experience in promoting large-scale projects (iGaming or related niches is a plus). Team management skills. Analytical mindset and ability to work with data. Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4, etc. English level sufficient for working with English-speaking markets.
