Review, evaluate, and manage fulfillment requests in the internal Bug Management system.Author and share customer updates. Triage changes to incoming requests and customer concerns based on documented runbook processes. Track update metrics and drive engagement for stale requests. Create new fulfillment bugs based on documented runbook processes. Drive resolution of customer issues identified in fulfillment requests. Collect metrics that cannot be automated following a well-documented process. Generic SkillsDetail-oriented and able to successfully manage multiple stakeholders.Ability to navigate through ambiguity.Strong customer focus. Technical acumen and sufficient experience necessary to understand infrastructure delivery requests. Highly process-oriented.
