Description

Seeking a technical support specialist for great opportunity within the medical industry. Position will be 100% remote. This will be a level 1 role, as part of a technical support center supporting medical devices and medical systems. A technical background and strong problem skills will be necessary. Responsibilities Provide remote troubleshooting for software, hardware and network related issues for external customers Collaborate with internal and external groups solving more complex technical issues Document problems in knowledge databases Maintain a high level of success with the team's Key Performance Indicators CORE REQUIREMENTS: 2-8 years of technical support experience Active Directory Level 1 technical support experience (direct user contact) Familiarity with desktops, servers and networks (VMWare) Associate s Degree or IT Certifications (MCP, CompTIA, etc.) NICE TO HAVE: HL7, DICOM, PACS or Medical software
