Job Title: Program Manager Legacy Modernization (Front Office / Distribution) Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid) Duration: 12 months plus Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale legacy system modernization program for front-office sales and distribution platforms. This role involves managing multiple systems, driving Agile delivery, and ensuring successful end-to-end transformation. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end program delivery for legacy modernization initiatives Manage Agile / SAFe release trains across multiple systems Build and own a unified integrated project plan (delivery, testing, data, cutover) Drive program increment (PI) planning, release orchestration, and execution Oversee UAT, regression testing, and data validation/certification Define and manage cutover strategy , dependencies, and rollback plans Ensure requirements traceability (BRDs) and minimize scope creep Collaborate with business, product, and technology stakeholders Track program risks, dependencies, and ensure SLA alignment Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of Program Management experience Strong experience in Legacy System Modernization / Transformation Hands-on experience with Agile & SAFe (certification preferred) Expertise in Release Train / PI Planning / Program Delivery Experience managing large, complex multi-system programs Strong knowledge of cutover planning, data migration, and testing cycles (UAT/regression) Experience in Financial Services domain (Asset Management / Banking / Capital Markets) Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills Nice to Have Experience with front-office / sales / distribution platforms Exposure to investment or wealth management systems
