Summary Sales Executive - Retail Sales is responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding needs, and offering suitable products and services that drive sales and loyalty. Tasks Identify potential customers via referrals and recommendations. Enter relevant information into CRM for retention/business development. Sell standard products/services; supervise a team of sales advisors. Respond to escalations and provide approvals as required. Record and process custom customer orders. Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; strong sales experience is an asset. Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven ability to work independently.
