Resolve high-priority incidents within SLA. Ensure full application documentation and compliance checklists are updated and reviewed as scheduled. Implement process improvements or automation initiatives per quarter to enhance service delivery. Reduced & pro-active downtime: By ensuring 24/7 availability and stability of channels, contribute to SLA adherence, minimizing business disruption. Fast request fulfillment of business service requests, improving operational turnaround and productivity. Application enhancements: Deliver successful application deployments or upgrades per month, enabling business units to operate with the latest features and functionality.
