Supermarket Sales Representatives

Salary: UGX 500,000 Job Purpose To manage product visibility, availability, and performance in supermarkets and modern trade outlets. Key Responsibilities Ensure proper product placement and shelf visibility. Maintain optimal stock levels in supermarkets. Build relationships with store managers and staff. Monitor product performance and customer preferences. Implement promotions and in-store marketing activities. Conduct regular store visits and submit reports. Ensure compliance with store standards and agreements. Requirements At least 2 years’ experience in supermarket or modern trade sales. Minimum education: Senior Six, Certificate, Diploma, or Degree. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and merchandising skills.
