Manage full employee life cycle, recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, career development, and Succession Planning. Ensure Compliance with Ugandan Labour Legislation by introducing policies and procedures(employment contracts, Health and safety, internal regulations) Plan and Administer Compensation, bonus, and benefit schemes, overseeing Payroll Calculations, Drive Employee engagement and strengthen company culture by organizing engagement events and internal Communications. Advise the Leadership team on Organizational structure, Change in Management, and Talent Planning.
