Head of HR

BettingJobs is working with a successful Southeast Asian operator who are looking for a Head of HR to join their team on a remote basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and implement HR structure, policies, and processes aligned with business goals
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop hiring strategies to support rapid scaling across teams
- Manage employee lifecycle including performance management, engagement, and retention
- Partner closely with leadership to support organizational development and team structuring
- Establish HR best practices for a fast-growing iGaming environment
- Oversee HR operations and ensure smooth day-to-day HR functions Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Proven experience in building or improving HR structures and processes
- Strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Experience in iGaming industry is highly preferred
- Fluent in both Thai and English (spoken and written)
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills #
- Ready to start as soon as possible (immediate or short notice preferred)
