BettingJobs is working with a successful Southeast Asian operator who are looking for a Head of HR to join their team on a remote basis. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement HR structure, policies, and processes aligned with business goals
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop hiring strategies to support rapid scaling across teams
  • Manage employee lifecycle including performance management, engagement, and retention
  • Partner closely with leadership to support organizational development and team structuring
  • Establish HR best practices for a fast-growing iGaming environment
  • Oversee HR operations and ensure smooth day-to-day HR functions Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Proven experience in building or improving HR structures and processes
  • Strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Experience in iGaming industry is highly preferred
  • Fluent in both Thai and English (spoken and written)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills #
  • Ready to start as soon as possible (immediate or short notice preferred)
