Head of Retention

BettingJobs is working with an ambitious multi-brand online casino operator that is looking for a Head of Retention to join their team based remotely. Key Responsibilities: Retention Strategy:
- Develop and execute a multi-brand retention strategy to increase player lifetime value, reduce churn, and drive engagement across all markets. CRM & Campaign Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging. Segmentation & Personalisation:
- Implement advanced segmentation strategies and personalised player journeys based on behaviour, preferences, and value tiers. Lifecycle Management:
- Own the full player lifecycle including onboarding, activation, retention, VIP, and reactivation strategies. Data & Analytics:
- Use data insights to continuously optimise campaigns, monitor KPIs (LTV, churn, ARPU), and identify growth opportunities. Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing retention/CRM team across multiple brands. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product, Data, Acquisition, and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless player experience. Responsible Gaming:
- Ensure all retention strategies align with responsible gaming policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior CRM/Retention role within iGaming, online casino, or a similar high-frequency digital business
- Strong understanding of player behaviour, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using CRM and marketing automation tools
- Demonstrated success in driving LTV and reducing churn in a multi-brand or multi-market environment
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and scale teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in regulated markets is highly desirable
