What you'll do:

Manage a product engineering team delivering customer value at scale.

Lead and mentor a team of talented and experienced engineers.

Own a material part of the Finalop's system - its vision, delivery, and business impact.

Be a key player in the product engineering leadership, shaping our culture and standards as we grow rapidly.

Liaise with product managers, designers, and peer development teams to deliver high-quality capabilities to our customers.

Experiment with and explore new technologies, tools, and methodologies to deliver state-of-the-art technology solutions to the market.Requirements: What you'll bring:

5+ years of development experience leading significant software delivery at scale.

Excellent leadership, communication, and execution skills.

Strong understanding and hands-on experience in backend technologies and architecture.

2+ years experience in building and growing an R&D team.

Hands-on experience with SaaS architecture and distributed systems.

Ability to carry requirements from the early phase to full implementation.

Passion for learning new technologies and applying them to make a difference.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

And it would be great if you have (optional):

Frontend development experience and understanding.

Experience working in a dynamic startup company.
