EPoS Test Manager (Outside IR35)

Working arrangement : once a week onsite - Wiltshire

Pay Rate: £400 p/d Outside IR35

Duration : 6 months initial

I am currently looking for an experienced EPoS Test Manager to lead the testing and quality assurance for a major EPOS replacement programme in the non-profit/charity sector. You'll play a key role in ensuring a safe, effective, and business-ready delivery across all testing phases.

What you'll do:

• Lead all testing activities from unit and system testing through to end-to-end and UAT.
• Own the programme-wide test strategy, plans, scripts, entry/exit criteria and governance.
• Manage the full defect lifecycle and oversee daily test progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Work closely with development teams, solution designers, implementation partners, and business teams.
• Coordinate and support UAT, ensuring teams are fully prepared and engaged.
• Ensure testing across functional, integration, data migration, till migration, and non-functional areas.
• Use Azure DevOps for test management, tracking, and reporting.

What we're looking for:

• Strong background leading testing in complex EPOS programmes.
• Experience across all test phases including UAT and data/till migrations.
• Skilled in test planning, execution, script creation, and defect management.
• Confident working with stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work at pace.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Azure DevOps.
