In this role, you will not just manage projects; you will manage a team of Program and Project Managers, ensuring our most critical strategic initiatives are delivered with precision. You will serve as the bridge between executive vision and departmental execution, optimizing our internal operating system to drive growth. A day in the life and how youll make an impact: Directly manage, mentor, and scale a team of Program Managers. You will be responsible for their professional development, workload balancing, and performance excellence. Partner with the C-suite to translate annual business goals into a concrete, executable portfolio roadmap. Define and evangelize the companys project management standards. Whether its Agile, Lean, or a custom hybrid, you own the how of our execution. Maintain a macro-view of all active programs, identifying cross-functional dependencies, risks, and resource conflicts before they impact the bottom line. Act as the primary point of contact for executive leadership regarding program status, budget health, and ROI. Lead large-scale organizational transformations, ensuring that new processes or tools are adopted smoothly across the company.Requirements: 10+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 4+ years in a people-management role (specifically managing other PMs or Team Leads). Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or PMP/PgMP certification is a significant advantage. Proven ability to transition complex AI/ML models and Algorithms from experimental research to high-availability, production-grade systems. Must possess the technical depth to audit algorithmic logic, evaluate model performance metrics, and challenge technical debt in AI pipelines. Proven track record in a fast-paced tech global environment Deep understanding of backend architecture, data engineering, and the infrastructure required to scale. Ability to use data to tell a story. You should be an expert in project management tooling (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Asana) and BI platforms. Exceptional negotiation and soft power skills.
