לפני 21 שעות חברה חסויה Location: Job Type: Required Head of Bookkeeping Job Description As the Head of Bookkeeping, you'll lead the Accounting Department, ensuring smooth and accurate financial processes while mentoring a team of talented professionals. In your day-to-day, you will Lead and manage the Accounting Department (7 team members), including planning, mentoring, performance feedback, and quality control Own end-to-end bookkeeping operations (AP, AR, bank reconciliations, credit cards, journal entries, fixed assets, and payments) Lead the monthly/quarterly/year-end close process and ensure accuracy under tight deadlines Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, cut-off, accruals, and prepaids; investigate and resolve discrepancies Support internal/external audits and improve accounting procedures, controls, and automation.Requirements: 5-8+ years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping, including hands-on close processes Certified Bookkeeper / Bookkeeping Certificate (Type 3) - mandatory Strong ERP experience (advantage: Oracle/SAP/NetSuite) and payment platforms (e.g., Tipalti) Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data validation, large datasets) Good English and Hebrew proficiency (written and spoken) Experience with SOX/internal controls, audits, and process automation - an advantage.This position is open to all candidates.
