Job Title :- Lead Java Developer Location :- Omaha, NE (Onsite) Experience :- 8 12+ Years Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Java Developer to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, along with hands-on experience in C/C++, PL/SQL, and ProC. This role requires a combination of technical leadership, architecture design, and hands-on development. Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java/J2EE Proven experience in C/C++ programming Strong hands-on experience with PL/SQL and Oracle Database Experience with ProC for database-driven applications Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments Experience with version control tools like Git Strong problem-solving and leadership skills Preferred Skills Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker & Kubernetes Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, MQ, etc.) Experience in financial or enterprise domains
