We are seeking a highly skilled Zapier automation specialist to streamline two critical touch-points on our website: customer inquiries and support tickets, and order processing and tracking. The goal is to integrate these functions into clean, reliable Zapier workflows, allowing us to focus on core business operations.
Key responsibilities for this engagement include:
* Map and build the required automations in Zapier, connecting our help-desk, e-commerce platform, CRM, and various notification channels.
* Thoroughly stress-test every step of the workflows, identify any potential failures or bottlenecks, and implement robust solutions to ensure seamless operation for both agents and customers.
* Tune the automation logic to effectively handle real-world edge cases, such as refunds, split shipments, and escalation procedures.
* Produce concise, actionable reports detailing workflow throughput, error rates, and the estimated time saved through automation.
* Provide comprehensive training to our team of agents, walking them through the new flows so they can understand, tweak, or expand them in the future without requiring external assistance.
This project will be considered complete when:
1. Incoming tickets are automatically routed to the correct queue with all necessary context.
2. Order status updates reliably trigger the appropriate customer notifications and internal alerts.
3. Dashboards confirm zero critical errors over a full business day of live traffic.
4. Our team can confidently demonstrate the process after a short, effective training session.
