Kodi Skin Developer for Dark Neon White-Label Skin (Kodi 21 Omega)

We are seeking an experienced Kodi skin developer to customize and white-label an existing skin for Kodi 21 Omega, with a strong emphasis on optimizing performance for Android TV. This project is strictly focused on skin development; it does not involve Python, add-ons, backend work, or any modifications to the Kodi core.

Project Scope:

• The base skin for customization will be Arctic Zephyr 2.

• Target views include Standard Dark EPG and Standard Default Row.

• Implement a full dark theme with high contrast.

• Utilize specific neon accent colors: #00F0FF (primary), #FF00FF (secondary), and #FF1A1A (accent).

• Integrate a branded splash screen using provided assets.

• Ensure a static logo or still image remains visible after the splash video concludes.

• Remove all visible Kodi and base skin branding from the user interface.

• Maintain a lightweight and fast skin, specifically optimized for S905X4 Android TV boxes.

• The final delivery must be an installable ZIP skin add-on.

your responsibilities will include:

• xml-based skin customization.

• Comprehensive theme and color updates.

• Adjustments to the splash and startup flow.

• Styling of rows and lists.

• EPG styling.

• Branding cleanup and white-labeling.

• Performance-conscious UI polishing.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience with Kodi skin development.

• Strong understanding of, view XML files, includes, colors, and textures/media assets.

• Prior experience customizing Arctic Zephyr 2 or similar Kodi skins.

• Ability to deliver a clean, stable, and installable build compatible with Kodi 21 Omega.

• Proficiency in creating a visually polished UI without introducing unnecessary bloat.

Nice to Have:

• Experience optimizing skins specifically for Android TV.

• Familiarity with splash/startup video behavior within Kodi skins.

• A keen eye for dark UI aesthetics combined with neon branding.

Deliverables:

• The updated, branded Kodi skin source code.

• An installable ZIP package of the skin.

• Screenshots or a short proof video demonstrating the skin.

• Brief implementation notes, if necessary.
