We are looking for experienced full-stack developers to join our team as Tech Leads & Client Interview Specialists.

Your role:

Participate in client discovery calls and technical interviews Represent our senior developers in technical discussions Answer technical questions confidently Support or lead project execution if required

Requirements:

4+ years of web/mobile development experience Strong full-stack understanding (Front-end + Back-end) Excellent English (clear, confident, persuasive) Experience in client discussions / technical interviews Leadership mindset

Payment / Compensation:

Paid hourly for interview time: $20–$25/hr High upside for project wins
