Compensation This is a 100% commission role OTE (first year) for top reps is $4,500/Month Average OTE (first year) is $3,000/Month What will you be doing? Help inbound callers understand their credit situation and provide consultations with the goal of enrolling them in one of our services should they be a good fit. What will make you successful? You will be directly compensated for your ability to help meet business targets: daily KPI goals, clients assisted, and revenue collected. Goal Oriented
