Systems Engineer – High Voltage Inverters & System Architecture – 17039

Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements
• Define and manage system requirements
• Design and develop system architecture
• Perform Design FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across hardware, software, and system domains
• Ensure compliance with functional safety and cybersecurity standards
• Support system-level development and validation activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement of system engineering processes

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in a Systems Engineering role
• Experience in requirements gathering and system design
• Strong experience in system architecture development
• Experience performing Design FMEA
• Experience with requirements management tools (Visure, Polarion or similar)
• Experience using Jira or similar tools
• Knowledge of functional safety standards (ISO 26262, ISO 13849)
• Understanding of cybersecurity standards and regulations
• Experience working in safety-critical industries (automotive preferred)
• Strong analytical, structured, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English
