Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Software Test Lead & Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Lead and coordinate software testing activities within the project
• Design and develop test cases for embedded systems
• Execute and validate software tests
• Ensure compliance with safety and cybersecurity standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across software, hardware, and systems
• Maintain and improve test processes and methodologies
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks
• Manage and track activities using test and requirements tools
• Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Software Test Lead or Senior Test Engineer
• Experience in embedded systems testing
• Strong experience deg and executing test cases for embedded software
• Experience working in regulated environments (automotive or similar)
• Hands-on experience with:
• Embedded C
• Python
• Robot Framework
• Jenkins
• Jira
• Experience with requirements management tools (Visure, Polarion or similar)
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Ability to work both strategically and hands-on
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Fluent in English
