Assignment Description

We are seeking an experienced Section Manager

What You Will Work On

• Lead daily operations and foster a strong team culture
• Coach, develop, and manage team members
• Plan resources, allocate work, and follow up on performance targets
• Drive and contribute to key projects and initiatives
• Optimize workflows, processes, and operational efficiency
• Manage HR-related responsibilities (performance reviews, rehabilitation cases, recruitment, scheduling)
• Ensure delivery timelines and operational targets are met
• Participate actively in the leadership team
• Support internal and external audits and inspections
• Ensure compliance with GMP, internal policies, and quality standards

What You Bring

• Relevant higher education in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience
• Proven leadership experience with operational responsibility, preferably in production or laboratory environments
• Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements
• Experience with work environment responsibility and HR-related processes
• Good technical understanding, preferably within process industries
• Fluent in Swedish and good proficiency in English
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
