Assignment Description
We are seeking experienced consultants to take on the role of Use Case Lead within the PLM360 program.
What You Will Work On
- Lead business requirement gathering and document User Stories and Functional Requirements (Jira)
- Own and manage use case/component backlogs and translate strategy into sprint goals
- Coordinate cross-functional SMEs, Solution Architects, and stakeholders
- Identify gaps between current processes and future PLM solutions
- Drive alignment and define improved ways of working with the business
- Support validation, testing, and UAT to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Represent assigned components in design reviews and dependency discussions
- Identify and support data migration requirements
- Contribute to business readiness activities (Show & Tell sessions, sandbox testing, training)
- Ensure smooth integration of PLM capabilities into the overall ecosystem
What You Bring
- Strong experience in business analysis, requirement management, or similar roles
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Operations, Quality, etc.)
- Experience defining User Stories, Functional Requirements, and business processes
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language
- Experience supporting testing, validation, and UAT cycles
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven and able to operate independently as a business proxy
- Experience working in complex transformation programs
