Experienced Operations & Technical Project Coordinator for Saas/Tech
Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator / Technical Project Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on execution role, distinct from a virtual assistant or calendar management position, focusing on turning strategic conversations into actionable tasks and ensuring timely project delivery. The ideal candidate thrives on meticulous execution, proactive problem-solving, and maintaining seamless operations.
What You Will Actually Do:
Ticket writing: This is the most important part of the job. You will take conversations, bug reports, feature ideas, and Slack-style messages and turn them into structured, complete development tickets.
QA / simple testing: When a feature is built, you will test it. Follow a checklist, find what's broken, and document it clearly. You are not a developer, you are a methodical person who knows how to break things before users do.
Email execution: The founder writes copy. You will build it in our email platform (Klaviyo), set it up correctly, and send it.
Contractor coordination: We work with offshore technical contractors. You will track their deliverables, follow up on blockers, and make sure the right people have what they need.
Project tracking: You own the project board. You will update it, organize it, and make it an accurate reflection of what's actually happening. This includes sprint planning, backlog grooming, and keeping tickets in the right states.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years in an operations, project coordination, or executive assistant role, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
Demonstrated experience writing development tickets or working directly with engineering teams.
Fluent, professional English; written communication is a core part of this job.
Experience with project management tools.
Strong time zone overlap with US Central.
