Assignment Description

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Develop and industrialize manufacturing processes and equipment for new products
• Improve and optimize existing production lines
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis in production
• Design and develop fixtures and production tools
• Balance processes and calculate cycle times (takt time)
• Validate production concepts and workflows
• Create and maintain process documentation (control plans, work instructions)
• Lead and support technical implementation projects and investments
• Work in an environment with increasing automation and new production lines
• Collaborate across production, quality, and engineering teams

What You Bring

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar
• Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or similar role
• Experience with production engineering tasks, such as:
• Fixture design and production equipment
• Process development and optimization
• Cycle time analysis and line balancing
• Troubleshooting in production environments
• Good understanding of quality and process standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work both hands-on and strategically
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English
