JOB Summary: The Junior Design and Process Engineer is responsible for supporting the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes within the factory. The role focuses on assisting in process design, simulation, and improvement to enhance production efficiency and product quality. The position requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, including heat and mass balance, process control, and unit operations. The Junior Engineer works closely with senior engineers, production, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth process flow and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities: · Assist in the design and development of manufacturing processes and systems. · Prepare and modify engineering drawings using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software. · Support process simulation and analysis to improve efficiency and productivity. · Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement. · Apply engineering principles such as heat and mass balance in process optimization. ·  Assist in implementing process control strategies to ensure stable operations. · Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve process-related issues. · Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and design specifications. · Participate in testing, commissioning, and evaluation of new processes or equipment. ·  Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
