Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Interim IT Operations Manager

What You Will Work On

• Lead and develop the IT operations team, driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Take full responsibility for team performance, budget, and work environment
• Develop and modernize the existing IT environment
• Lead implementation of new systems and infrastructure solutions
• Manage and follow up on IT infrastructure projects
• Support IT-related components in broader business projects
• Collaborate with other IT functions to ensure cohesive and efficient service delivery
• Drive operational excellence and ensure high availability and performance

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure
• Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent practical experience
• Strong technical understanding of IT environments, including networks, servers, backups, and lifecycle management
• Proven leadership experience with responsibility for teams and delivery
• Experience managing budgets and operational responsibilities
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Structured, proactive, and change-oriented leadership style
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong interest in developing both people and technical solutions
