Working closely with stakeholders, agile teams, and technical experts, you'll ensure high?value delivery while managing multiple initiatives with strong ownership and clear communication. - Set and communicate a clear, ambitious product vision aligned with organisational strategy.
- Build and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
- Translate user needs and market insights into user stories, backlog items, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage end?to?end delivery for multiple concurrent projects, from concept to closure.
- Lead and coordinate change activities, ensuring structured governance and smooth delivery.
- Track KPIs post?launch and report progress to leadership, ensuring accountability and transparency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third?party vendors to ensure timely, quality delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, release planning, demos, and continuous improvement initiatives. Job Offer

- 7+ years overall experience, including 4+ years in metals, mining, or energy industries.
- Strong background as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master leading Agile teams.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a relevant business field.
- Certified in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, or equivalent).
- Proven experience managing complex change portfolios and multi?project environments.
- Skilled in backlog management, UI/UX collaboration, wireframing, and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of engineering best practices, Agile delivery, and SDLC methodologies.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Azure, Power BI, Python, SQL, Synapse, and big?data environments.
