Assignment Description

We are looking for a Hardware Design Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Design and develop inverter hardware (LV/HV) including power stages and auxiliary circuits
• Create schematics, perform component selection, and maintain technical documentation
• Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting in lab environments
• Analyze switching behavior, thermal performance, EMC, and reliability aspects
• Interpret requirements and design constraints for hardware solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering disciplines
• Contribute to structured development processes and high-quality deliverables

What You Bring

• Proven experience in hardware design for inverters (LV/HV)
• Strong knowledge of power semiconductor devices (MOSFET, IGBT)
• Understanding of gate drive design and protection mechanisms
• Experience with switching, thermal, EMC, and lifecycle considerations
• Ability to interpret technical requirements and constraints
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Experience working in cross-functional engineering teams
• Structured, self-driven, and collaborative mindset
