EHS Specialist – Medical Technology / EMEA Operations – 17098 – Solna, Sweden

Assignment Description

We are seeking an experienced EHS Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Provide operational EHS support to field service and manufacturing teams
• Conduct risk assessments, improve processes, and address workplace safety in customer environments
• Ensure compliance with local EHS regulations across EMEA markets
• Coordinate EHS initiatives and share best practices across regions and functions
• Support and develop ISO-based management systems (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001)
• Participate in internal and external audits, including follow-up on corrective actions
• Deliver and support EHS training programs for technicians and production staff
• Promote and strengthen a safety-first culture across the organization
• Prepare reports, analysis, and documentation related to EHS performance
• Travel within EMEA (approximately 5–7 trips per year)

What You Bring

• Relevant EHS education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications)
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in EHS roles
• Strong knowledge of field service operations and associated risks
• Experience working with ISO-certified management systems and audits
• Good understanding of EHS regulations across EMEA
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• High level of cultural awareness and ability to work in international environments
• Proficiency in standard office tools and EHS systems
• Willingness and ability to travel within EMEA
• Fluency in Swedish and English
