We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager

What You Will Work On

  • Lead and coordinate implementation of Contact Center solutions (local and international)
  • Manage the full delivery lifecycle: requirements, analysis, implementation, testing, and validation
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and technical requirements
  • Drive delivery execution and ensure high quality and timely outcomes
  • Manage and follow up on vendors and external partners
  • Support continuous improvement and development of telephony and Contact Center services
  • Operate within a regulated environment with strong focus on compliance and quality

What You Bring

  • Extensive experience in Contact Center solutions (preferably Puzzel)
  • Strong experience in telephony solutions (fixed and mobile)
  • Good understanding of applications and infrastructure within telephony
  • Knowledge of both traditional and cloud-based telephony solutions
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365
  • Basic understanding of IT security and information security
  • Experience in managing technical projects and service deliveries
  • Experience working in agile environments
  • Experience from banking or financial sector
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical, structured, and proactive approach
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and drive initiatives forward
