Description

We are looking for an IT Project Manager for our client within PharmaAbout the project:We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new system that enables real‑time temperature monitoring in the client's global distribution chain. This is a GDP‑critical project, and we need someone who is comfortable driving structured, compliant IT delivery in a regulated pharma environment.What You Will DoManage the project life cycle for a GDP-regulated IT system, ensuring timelines, scope, budget, and quality targets are met.Oversee all required project documentation (design, testing, validation, training, release, handover), ensuring everything is produced and approved according to the client's SOPs.Manage and control change requests from impact assessment to approval and implementation.Coordinate a broad stakeholder group including IT, validation, QA, operations, compliance, and external vendors.Ensure strict adherence to the client's QMS and SOPs, particularly Manage IT Systems and Digital Solutions.Drive risk and issue management to ensure the project stays inspection‑ready at all times.Maintain full traceability across requirements, testing, and releases to support GDP compliance.What We’re Looking For5+ years of IT Project Management experience, ideally within pharma or other regulated industries.Strong understanding of GxP/GDP requirements, validation, and quality‑driven IT delivery.Experience managing cross‑functional stakeholders and vendors.Skilled at handling structured documentation and compliance expectations.Excellent communication, planning, and problem‑solving abilities.Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe) is a plus.Ideal Candidate ProfileYou are structured, detail‑oriented, and confident navigating SOP‑driven environments. You’re comfortable driving momentum, asking the right compliance questions, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
