We bridge clients and partners & professionals throughout the talent supply chain, for the benefit of individuals, organizations and society.🔹 For our Client from pharmaceutical industry we are looking for Senior eTMF Business Analyst - 100% remote from Poland🔹Key task responsibilities:Serve as Veeva system specialist with eTMF/Clinical management system domain expertise, technical understanding, independent delivery capability, and excellent stakeholder/communication skills.Leverage hands-on knowledge of Veeva eTMF features including document ingestion, metadata, workflows, and audit trails (or equivalent eTMF platforms and clinical trial conduct experience).Drive solution discovery by proposing pragmatic, compliant options, performing impact analyses, and supporting cost/effort trade-off/value input.Apply a hypothesis-driven approach: frame problems, design lightweight experiments (pilots), and iterate on solutions using measurable outcomes.Use a data-driven approach to support metrics and data extracts for validating problems, prioritizing fixes, and measuring improvement.Demonstrate strong stakeholder skills: run workshops, perform stakeholder interviews to uncover problems, root causes, and desired outcomes.Lead communications, training, and change adoption activities for assigned initiatives.Experience:Experience working in a cross-functional environment involving business units, digital/IT teams, and enterprise functions, preferably in eTMF/Clinical management systems.Domain knowledge in Veeva systems, especially Veeva eTMF/Clinical management system.Structured and disciplined, able to manage solution discovery, impact analyses, workshops, and documentation across multiple stakeholders and systems.Collaborative and service-minded, comfortable leading stakeholder communications, training, and change management.Proactive and reliable self-starter, taking ownership of end-to-end initiatives with minimal supervision; thrives in a team and agile setup.✔️ We offer:Transparent working conditions with both Ework and the clientCurrent support during our cooperationPossibility to work in an international environmentCollaborative environment in Swedish organizational culturePrivate medical careLife insuranceMultisportTeambuilding eventsContact person: XXXX XXXX
