Job description:We would like to find a senior UI designer with experience from luxury or premium brands, combined with strong storytelling skills, stakeholder management, and ability to mentor other designers in elevating their UI skills. Core Profile• Experience in e-commerce from luxury or premium brand (high end lifestyle or fashion brands). • Senior level UI craft: Strong eye for pixel perfect work, refined digital aesthetics, and the ability to create elevated, modern, clean interfaces.• Strong interaction design capability: understanding of flows, states, transitions, micro interactions, and how to enhance product feel through purposeful interaction details.• Digital product mindset: experience working in agile or product-led environments; understanding of design systems, scalable frameworks, and cross platform patterns.• Inspirational creative leadership: able to bring strong visual references, articulate design decisions, tell a compelling design story, and show clear “desired state” directions.• Confident in mentoring designers, providing taste driven feedback, and guiding teams toward higher visual quality.• Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to “sell the dream”. Role PurposeThis consultant will serve as a UI specialist and advisor, helping us raise the bar for visual quality and craft across our digital store, strengthen storytelling for major fashion moments, and support teams in delivering UI that feels premium, modern, and aspirational. Key Responsibilities• Contribute to the evolution and of our UI language with a premium aesthetic and elevated craft.• Strengthen storytelling around Key Fashion Moments (Seasonal launches, Black Friday, Designer collabs), shaping desired states and visual narratives.• Mentor designers in UI upskilling and guide teams with clear opinions on what “good” looks like.• Collaborate closely with product designers, developers, product managers, and key stakeholders.• Bring trend awareness, visual inspiration, and a forward thinking perspective grounded in premium product design. Success Criteria• Our UI quality feels premium, elevated, and aligned with top global benchmarks.• The consultant becomes a creative force that raises design maturity, ambition, and clarity.• Designers grow in UI craft, storytelling, and taste level through mentorship.• Stakeholders consistently see a strong, aspirational “dream factor” in the design output.Period from: 2026-04-01Period to: 2026-10-30Please note!
