We are looking for a Copilot Studio Consultant for our client in the Telecom industryBackground:The client is currently progressing an AI initiative within Channels focused on supporting employees through AI-powered tools built in Microsoft Copilot Studio.The initiative aims to improve employee productivity, enhance customer interactions, and enable faster access to knowledge and processes. Initial pilots have been conducted, and the program is now entering a scaling phase.To successfully scale these solutions, there is a need to further mature the underlying data structures, ensure high-quality outputs, and establish robust foundations for broader adoption across the organization.Job Description:The consultant will support the development and scaling of AI solutions in Microsoft Copilot Studio within Channels, with a focus on enabling effective employee support.The role is hands-on and will involve working closely with both business and technical stakeholders to design, build, and refine AI agents. A key part of the assignment is to ensure high-quality data structures and reliable AI outputs, enabling the solutions to be adopted and used in daily operations.The consultant is expected to contribute to establishing scalable approaches, best practices, and a solid foundation for further AI development and rollout across the organization.Activities to be performed:Support development and configuration of AI solutions in Microsoft Copilot StudioStructure and prepare data sources (e.g. knowledge base, guidelines, process documentation) for optimal AI performanceImprove quality and consistency of AI outputs through prompt design and solution refinementCollaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into AI solutionsSupport testing, validation, and iteration of AI agentsContribute to establishing best practices and scalable approaches for AI development in ChannelsRequired skills: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar AI/LLM-based platformsStrong experience in structuring and preparing data (e.g. knowledge bases, guidelines, process documentation)Experience working with AI solutions in a business context (e.g. customer service, support functions)Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate needs into technical solutionsExperience with testing, iteration, and improving AI outputs (e.g. prompt design, validation)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-moving environmentPreferred skills:Experience from large organizations or enterprise environmentsKnowledge of customer service / contact center domainsExperience with conversational AI (chatbots, virtual agents)Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, Azure)Understanding of governance, compliance, and data handling in AI solutionsExperience scaling AI solutions from pilot to productionStart: Early to mid-AprilDuration: 3-6 weeks (with potential extension)Workload: 10-20 hours per weekLocation: Aalborg, Denmark For the duration of this assignment Ework Services (0,7%) will be deducted from the total amount invoiced.
