We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join a large-scale intranet transformation program. The goal is to create a modern, scalable, and personalised digital workplace by consolidating existing platforms into a unified solution built on Staffbase.

The role focuses on defining the end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring seamless integration with the broader IT landscape, and meeting high standards for security, scalability, and performance.

You will translate business and UX requirements into technical designs, define integration and identity models, and ensure compliance with architectural and security standards. You will also guide vendors and internal teams, identify risks, and support migration from legacy platforms.

The role includes contributing to the technical roadmap and ensuring a sustainable, future-proof solution.

Qualifications:

  • Senior experience as Solution Architect or Technical Architect in enterprise environments
  • Proven experience with SaaS platforms and large-scale digital workplace / intranet implementations
  • Experience from SharePoint migrations or intranet consolidations
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns (APIs, middleware, identity federation, SSO)
  • Experience with identity and access management (e.g., Azure AD, AD, SAML, OAuth)
  • Knowledge of security architecture and compliance requirements in global organisations
  • Experience deg scalable and maintainable system landscapes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across business and IT
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic delivery focus
  • Experience working in complex, global organisations
  • Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)

  • Experience with Staffbase
  • Familiarity with information architecture and content governance principles
  • Experience working within automotive or industrial enterprises
  • Understanding of change management implications in technical transformations
  • Experience working in cross-brand or multi-entity enterprise structures
