PIM / Product Data Consultant

Assignment Description

We are seeking a PIM / Product Data Consultant to support a Product Experience Management (PxM) team. The team ensures accurate and consistent product information and manages the PxM environment, enabling the creation and distribution of price books and customer-facing data across markets.

Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will work hands-on with PxM systems and product data workflows, taking responsibility for the reliable delivery of price books, customer data integrations, and portal data in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders. You will support PxM platforms in both daily operations and governance, while maintaining global price books and building and managing data feeds for customers and external portals, ensuring a high level of data quality and consistency.

You will also work closely with stakeholders across the organization, providing support and translating roadmap initiatives into concrete operational tasks and deliverables. The role requires a structured approach to ensure stable deliveries, updated price books according to agreed schedules, and consistent, high-quality product data across systems and channels.

The role is part of the Product Experience function within Ecommerce and Digital Tools, where collaboration with key stakeholders is important to ensure continuity of operations.

Technology Scope

The assignment involves working with the following technologies and platforms: Akeneo, ProductsUp, Priint:suite, SAP, Microsoft Azure, DataDog, Power BI, and Adobe Analytics.

Required Qualifications

• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
• Practical experience working with PIM platforms, including Akeneo and ProductsUp
• Ability to adjust and respond to changing circumstances
• Educational background in digital, data, PIM, or comparable hands-on experience
• Structured and analytical way of working with data and processes
• Experience operating in a global and cross-functional setup
• Knowledge of ETIM standards
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results and meet stakeholder expectations
• Solid understanding of digital solutions and data structures
• Experience within Product Information Management and handling product data
• Ability to apply technical knowledge in practice
