Job Description
Beautiful Feet Books is seeking a Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager to serve as the marketing department's project manager and primary executor. This role involves coordinating campaigns, managing projects, overseeing social media, email marketing, Shopify store management, and producing visual content. The manager will be responsible for translating brand and campaign strategies into organized execution across all marketing channels.
This position is crucial as the current Marketing Manager prepares for temporary leave. The Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager will be trained to manage day-to-day marketing planning and execution during this period.
The manager will collaborate closely with the Director of Operations, Brand Manager, Campaign & Content Manager, Product Development team, and Customer Experience Associate.
Requirements
Required:
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related role
- Hands-on experience with Shopify (product pages, collections, merchandising, and basic troubleshooting)
- Experience managing social media content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and/or Pinterest
- Experience creating email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platform)
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar design tools for creating graphics and visual content
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Notion, or similar)
- Strong written communication skills, comfortable writing captions, email copy, and basic marketing copy
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Self-starter who is comfortable building processes and systems in a growing team environment
- Collaborative team player who communicates proactively and takes initiative
Nice to have:
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager (creating and managing Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns)
- Basic photography skills or comfort contributing to in-house photo shoots
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for product pages and web content
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms
- Passion for homeschooling, education, or family-oriented brands
Additional Information
Compensation: This is a part-time position. Hourly rate is commensurate with experience. Hours vary by season.
Hours Expectations (Potential FT for the right candidate):
April - June: 25-30/week
July - Sept: 40/week
Oct - onward: part time or 25-30/week

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
