Job Description
We are looking for a YouTube Thumbnail Designer (Freelance) to collaborate with us on a regular basis in creating thumbnails for our videos. My name is XXXX XXXX, and together with my brother XXXX XXXX, we are professional musicians and content creators on social media. Our mission is to make classical music accessible to as many people as possible by producing videos that are entertaining and musically high-quality.
Requirements
- Experience in deg YouTube thumbnails
- Proficiency in Photoshop or an equivalent tool
- Strong eye for detail, composition, and readability
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Create YouTube thumbnails tailored to our artistic universe and to each video
- Design visuals that are clear, eye-catching, and easy to read, with a strong focus on capturing attention
- Propose several visual variations depending on the needs of each project
- Work closely with us on the selection of images, text, composition, and overall visual mood
- Adapt thumbnails to the tone, content, and storytelling of each video
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the channel’s visual identity
- Meet agreed deadlines and ensure smooth collaboration for each publication
